  • Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EHS, and LOTO standards
  • Support energy optimization, power monitoring, and load management
  • Maintain records and coordinate with production, mechanical and instrumentation teams
Desired Qualifications & Skills

Job Description
  • Monitor and control starch manufacturing processes to ensure stable operations
  • Operate centrifuges, hydro cyclones, evaporators, dryers and filters for smooth production flow
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and maintain process documentation
  • Track production efficiency, yield & downtime, and support process optimization and troubleshooting
  • Follow EHS standards, report deviations, and coordinate with maintenance teams
Desired Qualifications & Skills
  • B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma in Chemical, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Industrial Chemistry
  • 3-7 years’ experience in starch, food, or chemical industry preferred
