Texosize® is a modified slurry-based maize starch for sizing of textile warp yarn, designed to meet the requirements of high-speed, sophisticated weaving. This product offers uniform viscosity, high adhesiveness and adequate penetration to fibre.
Texosize® provides excellent film formation and enhances weaving efficiency. This product prevents the warp yarn breakage due to abrasion of the neighbouring yarns. Texosize® is an ideal slurry-based modified starch for sizing applications of cotton, cotton blended fibre, polyester fibre and denim application. This product is suitable for both coarser and finer counts. Texosize® can be used with Binder 3-6% and softener 2-4,% depending on end use.
